“Simple daily disciplines—little productive actions, repeated consistently over time—add up to the difference between failure and success.”
The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson provides a useful template to accomplishing your aspirations. Things that are easy to do, but “just as easy not to do.”
Olson details some things that I’ve already been doing for a few years that have been very rewarding, and he also has several other suggestions on way to tweak my current routines, as well as add some things to them to compound the benefits even more.
This book has been very impactful to me personally, and I have already put into practice several of his ideas. I’d highly recommend this book to anyone who wishes to be happier and achieve more of their goals.
